About Mr. DeLaney
Larry "JR" DeLaney Jr. is a Christian, first and foremost. Born in 1979 in Topeka, Kansas, he graduated high school from Nevada R-5 in Nevada, MO in 1998. He went on to complete his Bachelor's Degree from Pittsburg State University in 2005. He is also a member of the American Conservative Union.
JR has experience working in process improvement as well as the methodologies needed to run an efficient and successful business. He has spent time as a quality analyst, auditing adherence of projects and programs to ensure adherence to corporate processes and policies. In addition, he has served in the capacity of a training coordinator, both behind the scenes in developing a training curriculum and program to even teaching.
Raised in the Mid-West, family values and a conservative lifestyle became ingrained into his way of life. He met his wife, Suzanne, while at college and they were married in 2002. Two lovely daughters would later come and bless their home.
Having relocated to the northern Virginia area, JR became enthralled with politics, following each and every development with eager anticipation and a research oriented approach.
